Asiaan on jo aiemmin pyritty kiinnittämään huomiota pitämällä ovi koko ajan suljettuna ja välttämällä tankojen tiputtamista suorilta käsiltä maahan. Olen keskustellut kiinteistövalvoja Kullervo Pellin kanssa asiallisesti ja sovimme yhteisistä pelisäännöistä, jotka astuvat voimaan 1.4.2011 klo 8:00 alkaen eli tänään. <p>Pinninkadulla olevien muiden kiinteistöjen asiakkaat ovat toistuvasti valittaneet salilta kantautuvasta metelistä. Asiaan on jo aiemmin pyritty kiinnittämään huomiota pitämällä ovi koko ajan suljettuna ja välttämällä tankojen tiputtamista suorilta käsiltä maahan. Olen keskustellut kiinteistövalvoja Kullervo Pellin kanssa asiallisesti ja sovimme yhteisistä pelisäännöistä, jotka astuvat voimaan 1.4.2011 klo 8:00 alkaen eli <strong>tänään</strong>.</p>
<p>Jatkossa kaikki tankoliikkeet korvataan suoritettaviksi pelkällä kepillä. Voimaharjoittelu kannattaa suorittaa kotona ennen salille saapumista. Mikäli tarvittavia välineitä ei ole käytössä, voi kodin irtaimistoa käyttää helposti hyväkseen; Maastaveto subataan astianpesukoneen nostoon, voimatyönnöt voi tehdä mäyräkoirilla ja kahvakuulaheilautus onnistuu imurilla. Aiheutuneista muutoksista hyvityksenä tarjoamme huhtikuun ajan kotikäyntejä voimaharjoitteluun. Ohjaaja Hölttä on lupautunut tulemaan lisäpainoksi koviin kyykkyreeneihin. Suorituksen vakioimiseksi voidaan käyttää muuntotaulukkoa: 1 x Hölttä RX´d = 82kg (sesongista riippuen).</p>
<p>Lisäksi &#8220;<em>RÄJÄHDÄ!</em>&#8221; -sanan käyttöä vältetään (yläkerrasta tullut jo yksi pommiuhkailmoitus) ja jatkossa käytetäänkin lausetta ”<em>Ojentaisitko lantiotasi voimaperäisemmin, kiitos</em>” normaalilla puheäänellä lausuttuna. Yleisliikkeet suoritetaan patalaput käsissä varovaisuutta noudattaen. Saniteettitiloissa asioimisen korvaamisesta biojätepussilla löytyy ohjeet salin ilmoitustaululta.</p>
